SECURITY POLICY

We recommend a minimum height of 1.40 meters to be able to play.

The minimum age for players is 10 years old. Players between the ages of 10 and 12 may participate under parental supervision.

Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play. They will not receive a refund or credit.

You must be able to move freely without assistance using your whole body. People with vision in only one eye can play.

For safety reasons the experience cannot be developed if:

– You suffer from epilepsy of any degree.

– You suffer from deafness or severe hearing loss.

– You use a wheelchair.

Our experiences are not recommended if:

– You suffer from cardiac ailments.

– You are in an advanced stage of pregnancy.

CHILD CARE

Children may not be left unattended in the Zero Latency waiting area.

The Zero Latency team is not responsible for the safety and care of children in this area.

If you have no one who can take responsibility, you will not be able to access the experience.

You will not receive a refund or credit.

TERMS OF SERVICE

The purpose of this document is to regulate the GENERAL CONTRACTING TERMS and CONDITIONS of the on-line booking services of VIRTUAL FUN SL, C GREMI DE TINTORERS 15, 07009, PALMA, BALEARES, B75254417.

The use of these services shall imply the full and unreserved acceptance and validity of each and every one of the General Terms and/or Conditions -which shall be considered automatically incorporated into the contract signed with VIRTUAL FUN SL, without the need for their written transcription in the same- contained in the latest updated version of these General Terms and/or Conditions.

CONTRACTING POLICY

When using the service the user will receive an email confirming the reservation, this email will serve as proof of your reservation.

Reservations must be paid in full prior to the date of the event and can be paid by credit card using the online payment portal or by bank transfer.

Event packages are available as specified in the reservation system. Please contact your Event Coordinator for booking options outside of these times.

Promotional codes are not valid for event bookings unless specified.

RETURN POLICY

VIRTUAL FUN SL does not make returns under any circumstances. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will try to resolve the problem.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have up to two weeks prior to the date to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Cancellations will be credited to your Zero Latency account as credit for use on another date.

Cancellations are not accepted within two weeks prior to booking. If you have any problems with your reservation, please contact us and we will try to solve the problem.

PUNCTUALITY POLICY

All players must arrive at the specified start time, unless otherwise discussed with the Event Coordinator.

The first 30 minutes of the event are for player registration, game briefing and preparation. Your Event Coordinator will inform you about the expected duration of the event according to your packages and add-ons.

The Event Host reserves the right to alter the game selection and/or duration to ensure that the event concludes at the specified time.

Sessions are scheduled on a rolling basis, it is essential to adhere to the session schedule to participate in the experience. The session consists of several parts; registration, safety briefing, equipment and VR experience. Access to the experience will not be allowed without having received the safety briefing.

Partial Reservation – If you have not reserved the full session (8 seats), the session will start even if not all participants have arrived. If they arrive in time to receive the safety instructions they will be able to participate in the experience, otherwise we cannot allow them access for safety reasons.

Full Booking – If you have booked the full session and one of the participants arrives late, you have two options:

You can start the session without all members being present, if they arrive in time to receive the security instructions they will be able to participate in the experience, otherwise we cannot allow their access for security reasons.

You can wait for everyone to be present, but please be aware that the time of the experience may be reduced. Our staff will do their best to expedite the process, but the completion time will not be changed.

If you are late you will not receive a refund or credit.

Unused player seats from an event cannot be credited or refunded.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at the location for which they were purchased and cannot be transferred to a different location.

The validity of the gift voucher is established by the location of the place that sells them, is confirmed by email after purchase and cannot be extended beyond that date.

Gift certificates must be treated as cash and cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, stolen, pre-printed and used, or damaged.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or used to purchase gift certificates.

Gift certificates are sent to the purchaser or recipient by e-mail, but can be printed, reprinted or e-mailed as needed.

Gift voucher codes are unique and can be used repeatedly and transferred to another customer for use until the value has been redeemed.

Any outstanding balance will be held in the same gift voucher code, which can be used until the value has been redeemed.

Gift vouchers can be used for standard session tickets.

Gift certificates must be redeemed online at www.zerolatencyvr.com.

Gift vouchers may be used with promotional codes, however, if the gift voucher is purchased at a discounted rate, it may NOT be used in combination with any promotional codes for the purchase of tickets.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

These terms and conditions apply to promotions where you must redeem a promotional code to obtain the promotional offer:

To apply the promotional code, you must enter it before completing the order.

The promotional code cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

The promotional code is valid for a limited time only and cannot be extended beyond its expiration date.

Promotional codes are valid for online bookings only.

Promotional codes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.

Each promotional code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified.

Each promotional code applies only to qualified package bookings if specified in the offer.

The promotion is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer.

The promotional code is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

If you cancel a reservation purchased with a promotional code and are eligible for a refund, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your refunded store credit.

Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers.

The validity of the promotional code may be changed by Zero Latency at any time, without prior notice.

If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid and the promotional code discount will not be applied.
