Depending on the pack, everyone enjoys the same activities together.
For a 17:00 booking, arrive at 16:30. Gameplay ends between 18:20 and 19:00, depending on your pack.
Would you like to add food?
Packs do not include food or drinks. Ask about the available options before booking. Bookings with food or groups of more than 16 people are subject to the specific deadlines in our company policy.

When do we choose our games?
On arrival, during the 30 minutes before your session. The Game Master explains the options and everyone chooses together.
Who can play?
Groups of 6, 7 or 8 people: children only, adults only or mixed groups. Everyone plays the same activities together.
What does each person pay?
Prices are per person, with a child rate up to age 17 and an adult rate. Gameplay only; food and drinks are not included.
What is the minimum age?
VR mini games: ages 7 and up. VR escape rooms: ages 7 and up with an adult; ages 11 and up recommended for children playing without adults. Racing: ages 9 and up. Double Zero Latency: ages 13 and up. Choose according to the youngest player.
Which mini games are available?
More than 20 VR mini games: competitive, action and skill, family-friendly, horror and adventure. Choose on arrival to suit your group.
What if there are more than 8 of us?
For groups consisting mainly of children, see our birthday packs, which can be booked without food. For groups consisting mainly of adults, contact us to arrange your visit.

Can we cancel or change the date?
Bookings without food for up to 16 people
More than 48 hours before: a full refund or a date change at no charge.
Between 48 and 24 hours before: no refund; one date change is permitted, subject to availability.
Less than 24 hours before, or if you do not attend: no changes or refunds, except for the booking-error exception explained below.
A maximum of 1 change per booking is permitted, subject to availability.
These deadlines apply if a booking includes food (menus, sharing baguettes or catering), or if the group has more than 16 people, whether or not food is included. They also apply to birthdays, events and groups. They replace the general cancellation and date-change deadlines. Bookings without food for up to 16 people follow the general policy.

VR is not recommended during pregnancy or for people with epilepsy or heart conditions. Always follow your Game Master’s instructions.
