HOW CAN I BOOK MY SESSION?
All our experiences are booked online. Check availability and prices per player on the reservation page. You will be able to select date, time and pack (birthday, group or event) instantly. Or request information through our contact form.
HOW MANY PLAYERS CAN PARTICIPATE AT THE SAME TIME?
Our Zero Latency games can be enjoyed from 1 to 8 players per game.
The VR mini-games and VR escape room require a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 8.
Our 3 courts admit up to 16 players simultaneously. If your group exceeds 16 participants, we organize back-to-back sessions so that everyone can play without long waits.
WHERE IS MALLORCA ZERO LATENCY LOCATED AND WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?
We are located at Carrer Gremi de Boneters, 53 of Polígono Son Castellówith more than 800 m² of facilities. Check our opening and closing hours in the section “Contact us”.Contact” section of the website before booking.
HOW LONG DOES EACH EXPERIENCE LAST?
– Each experience has a total duration of 60 minutes.
– It is important to arrive 30 minutes early to prepare adequately.
– Actual playing time may vary depending on the experience chosen:
– Standard Zero Latency games: Includes 15 minutes of briefing, 30 minutes of play and 15 minutes of closing with results and photos.
– VR Mini-Games and VR Escape Rooms: These offer 45 to 50 minutes of actual gameplay, with a shorter pre-game briefing.
– Special events (birthdays, groups, companies): Duration depends on the size of the group and the experiences selected.
They generally last between 2 and 4.5 hours. We recommend to check the details on our website EVENTS or contact us directly.
WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfortable clothes and sport shoes (no heels).
CAN I PLAY WITH GLASSES?
For comfort and safety reasons, conventional glasses cannot be worn during the experience.
If you need vision correction, we recommend the use of contact lenses.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play. They will not receive a refund or credit.
You must be able to move freely without assistance using your whole body. People with vision in only one eye can play.
For safety reasons the experience cannot be developed if:
– You suffer from epilepsy of any degree.
– You suffer from deafness or severe hearing loss.
– You use a wheelchair.
Our experiences are not recommended if:
– You suffer from cardiac ailments.
– You are in an advanced stage of pregnancy.
IS THERE A RISK OF DIZZINESS?
Our systems are designed to minimize “cybermare”. Only 0.02% of players have noticed mild symptoms, easily managed with a short rest.
IS IT SAFE TO PLAY?
Yes. All tracks incorporate proximity sensors and alarms that tell you if you get too close to the limits. In addition, we have monitors who supervise each game.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO I HAVE TO PLAY?
We have 3 runs completely free of obstacles for a total immersion:
Zero Latency experiences are played on a 200 m² court.
The VR mini-games and VR Escape Rooms take place in more compact 60 to 70 m² (60 to 70 sq. ft.) tracks.
In total, our center offers more than 800 m² of space, designed to offer comfort, safety and fun in every experience.
CAN I ACCOMPANY THE PLAYERS?
We have a chill-out area and an air-conditioned bar where family and friends can watch the games live, relax and enjoy a coffee or soft drink. As well as a PUMO FOODTRUCK MENU

I bought tickets but in the end we will be more players.
If you booked a pack up to 12 players and there are 10 of you, you can get up to 12 players. However, if you exceed the number of the pack, we cannot guarantee the change, it depends on the availability of the courts and, in case of availability of courts according to the chosen pack, it is possible that there will be waiting turns between sessions.
I bought tickets but in the end we will be fewer players.
We are a group of adults and we want to celebrate an event where not everyone is going to play, is that possible?
Yes, only those players who are going to play pay. However, if you wish to hire food with open bar, it is essential that all the people participating in the event have paid for the food plus open bar.
Can I bring food or drink from outside?
It is not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside. You are only allowed to bring a birthday cakeand we have coolers to store it safely while the games are being played.
