• Players should arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
• The first 30 minutes are for registration, briefing and preparation.
• The event does not drag on even if it starts late.
• If you are late → no refund or credit.
• Unused seats are non-refundable and non-creditable.

• Minimum height: 1.40 m.
• Minimum age: 10 years old (10 to 12 with parental supervision).
• Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to play.
• Free mobility and functional vision are required. People with epilepsy, severe deafness, wheelchair use or significant mobility difficulties in arms or legs cannot play.
• ⚠ Not recommended for people with heart problems or pregnant women; in any of these cases, the center staff should be informed before participating.
• ⚠ The Zero Latency team is not responsible for material loss or theft.

• Children may not be left alone in the waiting area.
• The Zero Latency team is not responsible for them.

• No refunds are given on public, individual or private games under any circumstances, except for birthday packs and events that meet the conditions of purchase (such as minimum and maximum number of players).
• You can cancel or change the date up to 2 weeks before, according to availability.
• No cancellations or changes will be accepted within the 2 weeks prior to departure, except as indicated above.

Public, individual or private items

• They must be paid 100% at the time of the online purchase or within 48 hours if made through the customer service team.

Birthday and event packs

• Reservations can be made without payment for 48 hours, after which time they are automatically cancelled if not confirmed.
• A 50% down payment is allowed to confirm the reservation, as long as the conditions of the product (such as minimum and maximum number of players) are met.

• Only valid at the location where purchased.
• They must be redeemed online at mallorcavr.es.
• Non-refundable and non-replaceable.
• They are used as virtual money until the balance is exhausted.
• They cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.

• They must be applied before finalizing the purchase.
• Valid only online and according to conditions.

• By using the service you automatically accept the General Terms and Conditions of VIRTUAL FUN SL (Zero Latency Palma).
• The confirmation email is the proof of the reservation.
• Reservations must be paid before the event (by credit card or bank transfer).
• Promotional codes do not apply to events or birthdays unless specified.
