Frequently asked questions
Do we all play together?
Up to 8 players play together. For 12 to 16, you split into two teams rotating between the pack’s activities.
What changes for XL groups?
For 20 to 32 players, everyone plays one shared activity, then chooses a second activity. Each player does one of the two options for that second activity, not both.
What is Everyone's Choice?
For groups of 12 to 32 with different preferences. Some choose Zero Latency, others mini games or an escape room; then Racing or Consoles. Each arena holds up to 8: in a group of 12, up to 8 do one activity and the remaining 4 do the other.
Can children join?
Yes, at the same per-person rate and respecting each activity’s minimum age. If most participants are children, see our birthday packs.
What if there are more than 32 of us?
For 32 to 60 people, we offer private venue hire with three activities. Contact us for a personalised proposal.
Can we add food and drinks?
Yes, when booking: menus, Rebaña catering, unlimited draught beer and sharing baguettes. We contact you on WhatsApp no later than 3 days before your visit to confirm dishes. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Can we cancel or change the date?
Without food: more than 48 hours, a refund or free date change; between 48 and 24 hours, one change without refund; less than 24 hours, no change or refund except the policy exceptions. With food: more than 5 days, a refund or free date change; between 5 and 3 days, one change without refund; less than 3 days, no cancellation or change. Maximum one change per booking, subject to availability.

What if the number of players changes?
Book the actual player count: it determines how many arenas we reserve. Changes require at least 3 days’ notice and are subject to availability. If extra players arrive and other arenas are occupied, they will not be able to play.
