30 min before

Arrival and briefing before your booking time.

70–120 min of games

Depends on your pack. Double Zero Latency + Darts: 120 min of games.

60 min for food

Optional, in your reserved area.

For example: for a 17:00 booking, arrive at 16:30. Games finish between 18:10 and 19:00 depending on your pack. Add food to enjoy one more hour in your reserved area.

Add food to your birthday party

Optional, when booking online. Add food and enjoy 60 minutes in your reserved area after the games.

Children’s menu · €7.50

For bigger appetites. The difference from the children’s menu is €7.40.

Frequently asked questions

Which pack should we choose?

Choose according to the youngest child’s age and the group’s gaming preferences. Once a game has started, we cannot offer refunds.

How many children can join?

Packs are for set groups of 6, 8, 12 or 16 children, with no intermediate group sizes. Double Zero Latency + Darts also accepts these group sizes. Parents can join the games by paying the adult rate difference: +€7.

Is food included?

Pack prices cover gameplay only. Add a children’s menu (€7.50), adult menu (€14.90) or sharing baguette (€12 each) when booking. The adult menu costs €7.40 more than the children’s menu. Whichever food option you choose, one 1.25 l bottle of water and one 1.25 l bottle of soft drink are included per 4 players, children or adults. We contact you on WhatsApp no later than 3 days before your visit to confirm the dishes.

Can we bring a birthday cake?

Yes, if you choose one of our food options you may bring your own birthday cake. No other outside food or drinks are allowed.

What if we do not know the final group size?

Book the larger pack and reduce the group up to 3 days before. You may also increase it up to 3 days before, subject to arena availability.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Without food: more than 48 hours before, a full refund or free date change; between 48 and 24 hours before, no refund but one date change; less than 24 hours before or no-show, no changes or refunds, except where the booking-error exception applies.

With food: more than 5 days before, a full refund or free date change; between 5 and 3 days before, no refund but one date change; less than 3 days before, no cancellations or changes.

Maximum 1 change per booking, subject to availability. Changes to the number of children have a separate 3-day deadline.

Does everyone play together?

Up to 8 children play the same games together. Larger groups split into 2 teams that rotate between activities; each team chooses its games.
